I  have never been what people would call thin my entire life. Of course, there have been times that I have slimmed down, like in basic training and other times after extreme diets with results, but they didn't last. The pounds came back and brought their friends more pounds. 

When I joined this program, I was 70 pounds overweight.  I had type II diabetes, hypertension and was starting to get some of the effects of high blood sugar and hypertension.

But after talking with my mentor Laurie and her team, I was willing to commit to working together and it’s a good thing I did!

After we started working together, I lost 30 lbs! My average blood sugar went from 154 to 110. I stopped snoring with a simple trick she taught me.
